    Best thing I’ve done for my mental health I am only half way through the first past of this book but am already finding it very helpful. I am able to relate to several of the scenarios it describes and am able to identify my patterns and cycles of anxiety and am hoping the second part of the book will then help me to start addressing these issues. Best thing I’ve done for my mental health, has given me exactly what I’ve been looking for that the therapists couldn’t give me, understand but also techniques to move forwards. Definitely…
