    A book everyone should read! This book was recommended to me by my chiropract! Having read the first chapter I recommended to a friend and she is now hooked as well. The book looks at changing and challenging your thinking and focuses on exercises to help transform your beliefs about life and the way you live it. If you are feeling depressed, suffer from IBS, can’t seem to find that right person or job then I suggest you try reading this book. I would however recommend getting the book rather than kindle version because…
