    this is great for those who suffer and feel helpless I read this recently and found it to be a searingly honest account of someone finding a way through life when they are struggling with a number of issues both mental and physical whilst dealing with, at times a difficult set of circumstances. It reads chronologically yet Laura dips back into each time frame with a future perspective that gives hope as she navigates her way through everything she faces. I enjoyed it immensely.
